A.    EVALUATION METHODOLOGY AND CRITERIA

1. Overview

Evaluation of each Technical Proposal shall be carried out in compliance with 2 steps as follows:
SCCP implementation status up to date (05/06/2010)
Detailed Design: The Detailed Designs were completed for Project Components 1 in Quarter 1/2010.
Invitation For Bids of the SCCP

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a loan from the ADB and a grant from the Government of Australia towards the cost of construction of the Greater Mekong Subregion Southern Coastal Corridor Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan and grant to payments under the Contract for:     CW1/1,   CW7/2,    CW7/3,   CW7/4.
